This is the cover for my anthology BEST DATE EVER: TRUE STORIES THAT CELEBRATE GAY RELATIONSHIPS, which Alyson will be publishing in the US in April.

(Amazon lists the pub date as April 1.)

Contributors include: Rick R. Reed, Tom Menidicino, Gregory L.Norris, Jim van Buskirk, Barry Lowe, Michael Luongo, François Peneaud, Bob Angell, Philip Clark, and others.

Alyson is also publishing a lesbian volume, edited by Linda Alvarez, which will release at the same time. (Personally, I think the girl book got a better cover. You can see it here. Don't they look like they're having a bit more... fun?)

Note: This is not the project referred to in the previous email about the late payments. Just to avoid any possible confusion due to the proximity of the posts...

When I first saw them, I told them that the BOY book should be pink, not the girl book.

in both cases the couples are so far apart. that's not my definition of the best date ever ;) i can see that the women are having a bit more fun though. the men are so refined and still in an awww shucks shy kind of way.
