Phone-less

The doctor this morning said to keep taking the antibiotics I'd already started taking, plus ibuprofen as an antiflammatory.
I had used my phone line just before leaving (both to download mail and to make a call) but when I got home again an hour later, I was once again without a phone line (a situation which, regrettably, still persists; am logging in via a friend's computer).
Evidently, a technician had shown up while I was out, and not only am I without a line, but three other apartments in the building as well.
I've caleld Telefonica 5 times today and they haven't called back to le tme know when they'll send a technician to fix things.
(Evidently, some of the other flats did get technicians to show up but, alas, I wasn't aware of this or I'd have asked himt o deal with mine, too, so long as he was here.)
Quite vexing, to say the least!
