Two Boys in Love

desayunoencamaI don't think I've mentioned yet that a US edition of my third collection of stories, TWO BOYS IN LOVE, will be published at last in May 2006. (The book has already been published in translation in Catalan, Spanish, and Catalan, and rights are also sold in Greece.)
I signed the contracts a week or two ago, and the editor says he's countersigned them and sent it and the advance check in the mail.
It will be published by a new independent gay press, Seventh Window.
I've just finished revising 4 new stories featuring the same characters as my story "Independence" which ran in ULTIMATE GAY EROTICA 2005, which will all be published together under the title "Two Boys in Love: A Suite of Stories" as the final section of the book.
As many of you probably already know, translations from English into most romance languages (and also German) generally adds around 20-25% to the length of the text. But the English-language original was a bit slim for a book in the US, so I agreed to bulk it out some and I think this was a good decision.
It will be nice to have this out in English at last (and also to have an adult book out in English after so long).
Books should be available by BEA and Wiscon, both places I plan to be this year.
