desayunoencamaWhile I was sick and not leaving the house last week, a friend (curiously, one I'm not even very clsoe to) insisted on stopping by to visit, and brought me a 100g bag of tea he bought me from the Tea Shop. It was White Tea, which I'd never really tried before, although i'd heard of it.
Yesterday I brewed a pot of it, and it was ok: very sweet, although it gets bitter over time.
Lately, I've been drinking a lot of Mighty Leaf (www.mightyleaf.com) Hojicha, a smooth green tea that doesn't get bitter over time as I'm working my way through the pot.
