New Book!

This morning's headache is partly my own fault: I couldn't sleep last night, so after tossing and turning for a while, I turned the lights on and grabbed Nina Kiriki Hoffman's A FISTFUL OF SKY... which meant that I didn't go to sleep until something like 7:30 because I couldn't put it down.

And at around noon my buzzer rang, but with the happy news of the delivery of copies of Sara and my new picture, the Spanish and Catalan editions of SO YOU WANT TO BE ABDUCTED? SOME HELPFUL ADVICE FOR WOULD-BE SPACE TRAVELERS.

YAY!

The new book is so cute! It also feels nice. I love when books feel right.

I felt well enough to leave the house today (and made it home in time to prevent any embarrassing accidents--whew!) and so got to show off the book to a handful of people.
